About The Role

We are seeking talented backend engineers to join our remote team and contribute to building the backbone of our financial platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing APIs that handle millions of transactions daily, ensuring system robustness and scalability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, transforming innovative ideas into functional features.

As a key member of our engineering culture, you will influence best practices, write maintainable code, and help shape the technical direction of our products. This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within the IST timezone, fostering a truly remote cooperative environment without the constraints of hybrid models.

Qualifications

- Up to 5 years of backend development experience using modern programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, Node.js, C#, or Scala.
- Proven experience in designing and scaling systems that can handle high-pressure workloads without failure.
- Strong cloud computing expertise, including AWS, OCI, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems and message brokers like Kafka and RabbitMQ.




- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of collaborating effectively with a global team.

Bonus points are awarded for frontend knowledge (JavaScript, Vue.js), startup experience, and a problem-solving mindset that thrives on tackling complex challenges.
