About the Role The Infinity Solutions is hiring a Back Office Executive to manage shipment documentation and act as the first point of contact for customer queries. This is a detail-heavy, deadline-driven role suited to someone sincere, organized, and comfortable using AI tools (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to draft communications, check documents, and work faster without cutting corners.

Responsibilities

Prepare, verify, and file shipment documents: invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs paperwork.

Track shipments end-to-end and proactively update customers on status, delays, and next steps.

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp with accuracy and a polite, professional tone.

Cross-check documentation against order details to catch errors before they become customer issues.

Use AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) to draft customer emails and speed up routine back-office tasks,



while personally verifying accuracy before sending.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to resolve documentation discrepancies.

Maintain organized digital records and trackers (Excel/Google Sheets).

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred, not required).

0-3 years of experience in back office, logistics documentation, or customer service.

High attention to detail and comfort using AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as a daily work tool.

Explicit written and spoken English and Hindi.

Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate; work from office.

Prior exposure to export-import or freight documentation is a plus, not mandatory.

Compensation: Rs. 15,000-25,000/month CTC, based on experience.
