Job Responsibilities
Sales Executive
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Contact clients through calls, messages, and meetings.
- Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
- Follow up with prospects and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
HR Executive
- Handle recruitment, screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, and other HR-related tasks.
- Support day-to-day HR operations.
Back Office Executive
- Handle data entry, documentation, and record management.
- Prepare reports and maintain office records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for daily operational work.
- Manage emails, calls, and routine administrative tasks.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned work.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
