Job Title B2B Sales Associate

Experience 0-5 years of experience required.

Educational Qualification A bachelor’s degree is required. MBA is required if applying as a Fresher.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and manage leads from prospective business clients to drive revenue.
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to coordinate sales campaigns and promotional events.
- Track and report on sales activities and metrics within the CRM system.
- Support strategic selling initiatives and consultative sales approaches that meet or exceed revenue targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical information to business clients.
- Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of sales operations and financial sales models is advantageous.




- Familiarity with enterprise-level sales environments, including inside and e-commerce sales functions.
- Proven ability to manage inbound leads and execute inbound sales strategies effectively.
- Ability to create and execute sales promotions and marketing campaigns as per strategic goals.

- Familiarity with sales processes.
- Experience with inbound and outbound sales funnel management.
- Experience analyzing and utilizing sales metrics to improve performance.
- Understanding of B2B digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or enterprise sales setting.
- Certifications in strategic selling, sales analytics, or customer relationship management are a plus.

Qualifications Bachelors or Masters for experienced Candidates. MBA for freshers.
