About the Role:

We are looking for a B2B Solar Sales Executive who will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and generating sales from EPC working for Solar industries.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with business owners, decision-makers and management teams and should have a strong interest in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new B2B leads for solar panels, inverters, acdb dcdb and other solar related products.
- Identify and approach potential business customers
- Make outbound calls and conduct customer follow-ups
- Schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers
- Negotiate pricing with customers
- Follow up regularly and convert prospects into customer
- Maintain customer and sales data in CRM/Google Sheets
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients

Preferred Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills

Good sales and business development skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Ability to communicate with business owners and decision-makers

Good follow-up and relationship-building skills





Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Gujarati and Hindi communication required; English is an advantage

Experience in solar, electrical, industrial products, real estate, B2B sales or related industries will be an advantage
