Compensation: Up to ₹6 LPA Fixed CTC + Performance Incentives

Role Overview

We are seeking a customer-centric, relationship-driven Virtual Ring Expert to deliver a premium jewellery consultation experience from our studio in Andheri, Mumbai. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor,

guiding clients through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives. Rather than aggressive transactional selling, this position focuses on building genuine trust, offering transparent expertise on diamonds and designs, and simplifying the decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities

 Client Consultation & Engagement: Conduct 1-on-1 virtual, phone, and in-person consultations with domestic and NRI clients to understand their story, design preferences, and budget.

 Consultative Sales & Advisory: Educate clients on diamond 4Cs, certifications, metal choices, custom settings, and transparent pricing structures to help them make confident buying decisions.

 Relationship Management: Maintain warm,



professional follow-ups without pressuring clients,

managing relationships through CRM tools from initial inquiry through order delivery.

 Sales & Revenue Achievement: Achieve monthly individual revenue targets (₹15 Lakhs to ₹30 Lakhs)

by maintaining exceptional consultation quality and appointment conversion standards.

 Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal design, manufacturing, and fulfillment teams to ensure bespoke order specifications are executed flawlessly.

Required Skills & Profile

 Experience: 1–4 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end jewellery, premium hospitality, wealth advisory, or consultative high-value client management.

 Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication with a polished, confident demeanor suited for high-net-worth and global NRI clientele.

 Consultative Mindset: Strong active listening ability, high empathy, patience, and a service-first orientation.

 Tech Savviness: Comfort with CRM systems, video conferencing platforms, and digital messaging channels.

 Preferred Background: Prior knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, or jewellery terminology is preferred

(though comprehensive training will be provided).
