The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery, and high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams (creative, content, and technology).

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle – from brief intake to final delivery.
- Translate client requirements into clear project briefs and actionable plans.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and workflows.




- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, scope, and deadlines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of creative projects.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and proactively resolve them.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and clients.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in B2B creative or digital production environments.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows, content production, and digital projects.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.G., Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.Com).
