Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) cases, from patient registration to claim settlement.
- Verify Ayushman Bharat eligibility, patient documents, and scheme entitlements.
- Coordinate pre-authorisation, approval, treatment documentation, and discharge formalities.
- Process and upload required documents on the Ayushman Bharat/PM-JAY portal.
- Coordinate with doctors, OT, billing, medical records, and other departments for timely claim processing.
- Prepare and submit claims as per PM-JAY guidelines and package requirements.
- Follow up on claim queries, objections, rejections, and deficiencies and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of Ayushman Bharat cases, approvals, claims, and settlements.
- Coordinate with concerned government authorities/officials for claim-related issues.




- Ensure compliance with Ayushman Bharat guidelines, hospital policies, and documentation requirements.
- Support internal and external audits and provide required records/documents.
- Prepare regular MIS and reports related to Ayushman Bharat cases and claims.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; healthcare/insurance qualification preferred.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in Ayushman Bharat/PM-JAY, TPA, cashless claims, insurance, or hospital billing.
- Good knowledge of cashless claim processing and government health schemes.
- Strong coordination, documentation, communication, and computer skills.
- Prior experience in a hospital/healthcare workplace will be preferred.
