Role Description The Aviation Trainer | Freelancer will deliver classroom and practical training to students pursuing aviation careers, focusing on cabin crew, ground staff, and customer service responsibilities. This role includes designing and updating training modules, conducting interactive sessions, demonstrations, and role-plays, and assessing learner performance through tests, presentations, and practical evaluations.

The trainer will provide structured feedback, mentorship, and career guidance to help students develop professional behavior, grooming standards, and communication skills expected in international aviation environments.





Responsibilities also include coordinating with the academic team on course schedules, maintaining training records, and ensuring training quality aligns with industry standards and RiseUp Academy guidelines. This is an on-site role located in Ahmedabad and offered on a freelance/contract basis.

Qualifications

- Professional experience in aviation (cabin crew, ground staff, or related roles) with strong knowledge of airline operations, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
- Training, teaching, or coaching experience, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or travel and tourism education.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners and simplify complex concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including mentorship, empathy, and the ability to motivate and guide students toward career readiness.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills and cultural awareness are an advantage.
- Skilled grooming and deportment aligned with aviation industry expectations.
- Diploma or degree in aviation, hospitality, tourism, or a related field; relevant certifications from airlines or training bodies are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad with flexible schedules, including weekdays and weekends as required.
- Comfort with basic digital tools for presentations, learning materials, and student progress tracking.
