Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Trims & Wiring Harness Trainer to deliver practical and industry-oriented training in automotive trims and wiring harness design. The candidate should have good knowledge of automotive components, wiring harness development, and relevant design tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training on Automotive Trims and Wiring Harness Design.

- Train candidates on wiring harness concepts, routing, packaging, connectors, terminals, clips, and fastening components.

- Explain automotive electrical and wiring harness standards, design processes, and documentation.

- Provide hands-on training using industry-relevant CAD and wiring harness design software.

- Train students on 2D/3D modelling and design of automotive trim components.





- Guide learners through real-time and project-based assignments.

- Prepare training materials, exercises, assessments, and practical projects.

- Support students in understanding industry practices and design methodologies.

- Monitor student performance and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Automotive Trims and Wiring Harness Design.

- Understanding of automotive electrical systems and wiring architecture.

- Knowledge of connectors, terminals, clips, grommets, tapes, conduits, and harness routing.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
