Automation Tester- Trainer

Salary:800 1,000 per hour (based on experience and subject expertise; paid on actual hours/sessions delivered)

We are looking for a Trainer to deliver industry-focused training in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Generative AI, and Data Analytics (Power BI). You will help learners build practical, job-ready skills through structured sessions, hands-on labs, and real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured training sessions on RPA, Generative AI, and Data Analytics (Power BI)
- Teach core concepts: automation workflows, prompt engineering, ML basics, NLP, and data visualization
- Conduct hands-on labs, assignments, and real-world projects
- Guide learners through project development and application-based learning
- Support assessments, coding exercises, and technical evaluations
- Provide doubt resolution and mentorship




- Track and report learner progress, attendance, and performance
- Align training delivery with industry and placement expectations

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Python or Java
- Good understanding of SQL and databases
- Knowledge of RPA, ML basics, and NLP concepts
- Strong expertise in Data Analytics and Visualization using Power BI (mandatory)
- Familiarity with AI frameworks, APIs, and automation tools
- Prior experience in technical training or mentoring preferred
- Exposure to Generative AI tools, LLMs, and prompt engineering preferred
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
- Experience with OCR / Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) tools is a plus
- Available for freelance/part-time training in Pune
- Immediate joiners preferred.
