Automation Tester

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD) to create user stories and test scenarios using AI tools.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Python and Playwright for web applications.
- Integrate AI-based testing frameworks to enhance test case generation, test scenario creation, and defect detection.
- Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and business analysts to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements.
- Monitor and maintain test automation frameworks, ensuring they are up-to-date and scalable.
- Identify and report defects and bugs through automated testing and provide detailed defect reports.
- Stay updated with AI advancements and automation testing trends to improve testing methodologies.
- Participate in test planning, test design, and test execution activities across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience:




- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in automation testing.
- Strong experience in AI-based testing and generating user stories and test scenarios from BRDs.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python for test automation.
- Strong knowledge of Playwright for web application testing.
- Experience with AI tools or AI-based testing frameworks (e.g., AI-driven test case generation, natural language processing for BRD analysis).
- Familiarity with test frameworks like pytest, unittest, or Behave.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of SQL for query-based testing is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality assurance.
