Role & Responsibilities:1. Planning, testing and documenting machine performance and quality with respect to the specifications as per purchase order.

- Interacting with various departments for project status and timelines.
- Interacting with customers and demonstrating machines for acceptance before dispatch.
- Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical assembly.
- Ensuring completeness and quality of the projects before dispatch.
- Youll configure the systems, determine the parameters, and install and configure the control software.
- Youll ensure the machine can run flawlessly.
- Youll become a specialist in your field and, in special situations, also provide support to our service engineers at the customer''s site.
- Internally, as a Start-up/Quality Assurance Engineer, you''ll be the go-to person for knowing the machine inside and out. Colleagues will come to you for questions and assistance.
- You will co-ordinate with the various departments for timely delivery of the projects.
- You will be leading a team for a thorough inspection of the projects before delivery,



including testing of the machine for its functions, performance and limits.
- You will be responsible for defining the machine parameters and demonstrating the projects to the customers and get the machine through with customer acceptance.

You will be responsible for documenting every aspect of a project for future reference. This includes documenting of machine parameters, test results, mechanical alignment tolerances and SOPs.

Preferred Candidate Profile:- Prior experience with software configuration.

- Prior experience with sheet metal bending processes and technologies is a must.
- Thorough knowledge of mechanical assemblies and drives systems, electrical and pneumatic circuits including reading drawings and troubleshooting errors.
- Good mathematical and analytical skills.
- Valuable problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Good communication and documenting skills.
- Team and time management.
