Job Summary

We are looking for an Automation Tester with 1.1 to 3 years of experience in software testing and automation. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, SQL, and basic Python. The role involves developing and executing automated test scripts, validating application functionality, identifying defects, and ensuring overall product quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Java and Selenium.
- Execute automated and manual test cases based on application requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects through the testing lifecycle.
- Write and execute SQL queries for database validation and data verification.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on defects and test execution.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to resolve issues.




- Support continuous improvement of automation frameworks and testing processes.
- Use basic Python scripting where required for testing and automation activities.

Must-Have Skills
- 1.1 to 3 years of experience in Software Testing / Automation Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium.
- Good knowledge of Java programming.
- Valuable understanding of SQL and database validation.
- Basic knowledge of Python.
- Understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC/STLC.
- Experience in writing and executing test cases.

Good to Have
- Knowledge of automation testing frameworks such as TestNG/JUnit.
- Understanding of API testing.
- Knowledge of Git/version control.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
