We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Draughtsman to prepare accurate engineering drawings and coordinate with Design and
Project Execution teams for Water and Wastewater Treatment Projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify 2D & 3D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare P&ID;, hydraulic, GA, layout, sectional, foundation, piping and equipment layout drawings.
- Prepare drawings for WTP, STP, ETP, wastewater treatment and RO plants.
- Coordinate with Design, Project Execution, clients and consultants for drawing requirements and revisions.
- Convert 2D drawings into 3D models wherever required.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and engineering standards.
- Conduct site visits and support inspection/supervision of civil tanks and related works when required.
- Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation and resolve drawing-related issues.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / AutoCAD certification or relevant technical qualification.
- Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering will be an advantage.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant AutoCAD drafting experience.
- Water/Wastewater Treatment industry experience preferred.
- Robust AutoCAD 2D & 3D skills and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of P&ID;, hydraulics, piping, equipment layouts and civil tank drawings preferred.
- Good visualization, accuracy, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
