Role Overview
We're looking for a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman to create accurate venue layouts, floor plans, and technical drawings for our décor and event projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 2D venue layouts and floor plans in AutoCAD
- Prepare technical drawings for décor structures, seating, and stage setups
- Convert site measurements and client briefs into scaled drawings
- Coordinate with production and design teams for accurate execution
- Revise drawings quickly based on client/vendor feedback
- Maintain a drawing library for repeat venues and standard setups
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting mandatory; 3D is a plus)
- Diploma/Degree in Civil, Interior Design, or related field
- Strong understanding of scale, measurements, and site plans
- Ability to work under tight event deadlines
- Good communication to coordinate with on-ground teams
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Prior experience in weddings, events, or exhibition industry
- Familiarity with venue types (banquet halls, lawns, resorts)
