AutoCAD Architect / Architectural Drafter

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Architect / Architectural Drafter to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural and construction drawings, making revisions, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, and construction details.
- Develop working drawings based on architectural designs and specifications.
- Prepare and modify drawings according to project requirements and site conditions.
- Prepare accurate dimensions, annotations, levels, and schedules.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP drawings.
- Prepare as-built drawings based on actual site measurements.
- Maintain proper layers, lineweights, blocks, scales, and drawing standards.
- Incorporate revisions and maintain drawing records.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and site supervisors.




- Ensure drawings are accurate, clear, and suitable for construction.
- Complete drawings within project timelines.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Assistantship, or a related field.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
- Knowledge of architectural drawings and basic building construction.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good understanding of dimensions, scales, levels, and construction details.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Revit/SketchUp/BIM knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong AutoCAD skills may also apply.

Preferred Experience Experience in residential, commercial, or other construction projects is preferred.
