Job Purpose

Lead a team of auditors to monitor offsite surveillance activities. Identify new areas for enhanced centralized monitoring and ensure effective audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

Alerts Review, Raising & Closure

Monitor offsite surveillance mechanisms and exception reports.

Ensure timely closure and escalation of alerts to management.

Reduce alerts by implementing preventive controls.

Identify recent areas for centralized monitoring enhancement.

Engage with Branch Audit group for preventive controls.

Team Development

Clarify regulatory and compliance issues for the team.





Conduct monthly team reviews and track progress.

Guide team on knowledge updates and skill enhancement.

Liaising with Senior Management on Data Requirement

Ensure integrity and reliability of reporting.

Submit accurate data for ACB, Board, MD, and RBI reporting.

Education:

Graduate, Post-Graduate, Chartered Accountant.

Certifications:

None specified.
