Job Purpose

Monitor and manage alerts and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. Enhance centralized monitoring and implement preventive controls.

Key Responsibilities

Reports & Alerts Review, Raising & Closure

Monitor timely generation of alerts and exception reports.

Ensure timely submission of management reports.

Close alerts appropriately and escalate critical ones.

Reduce alerts by implementing preventive controls.

Identify current areas for centralized monitoring.

Automate identified activities.

Analyze trends in operational and fraud risks.





Team Development

Provide regulatory and compliance clarifications to the team.

Conduct monthly team reviews and track progress.

Guide and manage team knowledge updates.

Automate team activities for efficiency.

Education:

Graduate, Post-Graduate, Chartered Accountant.
