The Audit Executive will be responsible for conducting regular branch and field audits of NBFC operations in Madhya Pradesh, with a focus on LAP (Loan Against Property) and Unsecured Loan products. The role will involve reviewing loan files and branch processes, verifying KYC and customer documentation, assessing compliance with internal policies and processes, and identifying operational gaps, policy deviations and potential risk indicators.

Daily responsibilities will include conducting borrower/customer and business-level physical verification, reviewing loan documentation and disbursement processes, checking collection and repayment practices, assessing adherence to credit and operational guidelines, and identifying control weaknesses or irregularities. The Audit Executive will prepare detailed audit reports with clear observations, supporting evidence and recommendations.

- The role also involves coordinating with branch and operations teams for corrective actions, following up on audit observations, maintaining proper audit documentation,



and supporting continuous improvement of internal control and risk management processes. The position requires regular travel to different branches and field locations across Madhya Pradesh.

Qualifications• Graduate and above in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant audit experience in NBFC/MFI/Financial Services is preferred.
- Experience in LAP and/or Unsecured Loan audit will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ability to analyze audit-related data.
- Strong analytical and observation skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of KYC, lending processes, branch operations and internal controls.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Own Bike/Two-Wheeler is mandatory.
- Candidate must be willing and comfortable to travel from one branch to another by bike for audit and field visits.
- Good command of Hindi and English.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, manage time effectively, and travel extensively as required.
