– AUDIOLOGIST Position: Audiologist Department: Audiology / Hearing Care Location: Sravana Speech and Hearing Centre Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments for children and adults.
- Perform pure tone audiometry, impedance audiometry, OAE, BERA/ABR and other relevant audiological evaluations as required.
- Interpret test results and prepare accurate audiological reports.
- Conduct hearing aid evaluation, selection, fitting, programming and verification.
- Provide hearing aid counselling, orientation and basic troubleshooting support.
- Conduct regular hearing aid follow-ups and assist clients with device-related concerns.
- Coordinate with ENT specialists, Speech-Language Pathologists, therapists and other healthcare professionals when required.
- Provide appropriate counselling to patients and parents regarding hearing loss, treatment options and rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, professional standards and organisational policies.
- Participate in hearing screening camps, outreach programmes and community awareness activities.
- Support lead follow-up, patient conversion and customer relationship activities related to hearing services.
- Participate in workshops, training programmes and professional development activities.
- Maintain cleanliness, functionality and proper handling of audiological equipment.
- Support the organisation's clinical quality and service-improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology / Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP) from a recognised institution.
- Valid professional registration/licensing as applicable.
- Clinical experience in audiology and hearing aid services is preferred.
- Freshers with strong clinical knowledge may also be considered.
