CTC – 25-28 LPA Roles & Responsibilities:

 Lead and oversee the account management team at the branch level, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and results.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients at the branch level, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to drive long-term partnerships and revenue growth.

 Act as a strategic advisor to branch clients, providing insights, recommendations, and innovative solutions that align with their objectives and drive business impact.

 Collaborate with senior leadership at the corporate level to develop and execute branch-specific account strategies, forecasts, and budgets to achieve revenue targets and profitability.

 Lead branch-level client meetings, presentations, and reviews, showcasing branch capabilities,

results, and value propositions.

 Drive business growth at the branch level by identifying new business opportunities, developing organic growth strategies, and expanding service offerings to meet client needs.

 Ensure the successful execution of marketing and advertising campaigns at the branch level,

overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

 Utilize data analytics, market research, and industry insights to drive strategic decision-making at the branch level, optimize campaign performance, and identify growth opportunities.

 Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation,



and excellence within the branch's account management team and across departments, promoting teamwork, creativity, and accountability.

Qualification Required:

 MBA from top tier Management Schools in India or abroad

Experience Required:

 18 - 22 years

Skills/ Competencies Required:

 Candidates only from Advertising / Marketing background.

 Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional client service.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including clients, senior leadership, and internal teams.

 Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities, develop creative solutions, and drive business growth for clients and the agency at the branch level.

 Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, market research, and campaign performance metrics to drive data-driven decision-making at the branch level.

 Deep understanding of the advertising, marketing, and communications industry, including emerging trends, technologies, and best practices.

 Experience in managing large and complex client accounts, building and maintaining long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives at the branch level.

 Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines within budget constraints.

 Financial acumen to analyze budgets, forecast revenues, and optimize resource allocation for client projects at the branch level.
