Location: Pune

Work Model: Approximately 50% site-based | 50% remote/office-based

We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic and well-spoken engineer to join our team and work across site measurements, acoustic assessments, documentation and reporting.

This role would suit someone who is curious, responsible, presentable and comfortable interacting with people, while also being willing to learn and develop technically.

What Youll Be Doing

- Conducting site visits and acoustic measurements at different project locations.
- Data collection and basic analysis.
- Understanding site conditions and documenting observations accurately.
- Preparing technical reports, site visit reports and measurement reports.
- Working with drawings and layouts using basic AutoCAD.
- Communicating and coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams.
- Travelling to different project locations as required.
- Supporting the team across various aspects of acoustic consultancy and building projects.

Who We’re Looking For

- An engineering graduate, preferably from Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- A professional and well-spoken individual with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Someone who is comfortable interacting with clients, consultants, contractors and site teams.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Valuable technical aptitude and attention to detail.




- A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn, train and take responsibility.
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
- Willing to travel for projects and site visits.
- Curious to interact, explore different projects and understand how things work on site.
- Good command of spoken and written English.

The Role

This is not a desk-only position. The role will be approximately 50% site-based and 50% remote/office-based, giving you exposure to both fieldwork and technical reporting.

The work may occasionally require weekend site visits or measurements depending on project requirements. Any weekend work will be compensated with weekday leave.
