Job Title: Associate Sales Manager – Telugu Region

Reporting To: Deputy General Manager (DGM) – UGI Sales

Requirements:

- Age- 27 Years and above
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in Sales, Education, or Regional Operations.
- Experience in the Telangana or Andhra Pradesh market is preferred.
- Experience in Education, Training, or Multi-Branch Operations is an advantage.
- Fluency in Telugu (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Working proficiency in English is required.
- Hindi knowledge is an advantage.
- Candidate should be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
- Willingness to undertake regional travel across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh.

Main Responsibilities

- Manage regional sales operations across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh.
- Drive sales targets, revenue, enquiries, walk-ins and conversions.
- Manage and monitor Field Sales Executives.
- Conduct Telugu-language counselling for students and parents.
- Develop local B2B and institutional tie-ups.
- Handle student grievances and refund-related matters.
- Coordinate collections and repayment follow-ups.
- Coordinate recruitment and team development with HR.
- Maintain MIS reports and ensure SOP or process compliance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations and Customer Success teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
