Job Summary:

The Associate Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Relationship Management team, focusing on cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships. This position involves assisting senior managers in servicing a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive engagement and effective problem resolution. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Senior Relationship Managers in managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, including preparing client reviews and presentations.

- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and escalating complex matters to senior team members when necessary.

- Support the sales process by identifying potential cross-selling opportunities and assisting in the preparation of proposals and pitches for new business.





- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, client portfolios, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

- Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to regulatory compliance standards and internal company policies.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system, documenting all communications and activities.

- Collaborate with internal departments, such as operations, product development, and legal, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Prepare various reports, including client activity reports, sales forecasts, and performance summaries for management review.

- Participate in client meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items to ensure timely execution.

- Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and objectives, offering suitable solutions and product information.
