AUM retention Drive sales teams with a target on surrender retention & reinvestment.

Co-ordination with different levels of Sales channels and hierarchy

Target on Volume, Value retained & reinvested will be measured as performance metrics

Proactive in con-calls, meetings & reviews to improve company’s goals

Efficient in Microsoft office

Valuable team player and willingness to learn

Educational Qualification MBA preferable
