Role & responsibilities
- To review and process the loan application of customers generated by the Field Officers.
- Handle data requirements raised by concerned stakeholders.
- Serve as a point of contact for all support related activities from HO and Business teams on field.
- Maintain all MIS related to operations i.e. disbursement & collections, Credit Bureau (CB) eligibility, Branch handover status, Aadhaar pay etc.
- Oversee non-operational activities of the Branch and assist the Branch manager wherever required such as fuel reimbursements by field team etc.
- To update and maintain the documents and records related to disbursement files etc. at the branch.
Preferred candidate profile
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Word, Excel, etc.
- Valuable verbal and written proficiency of regional language and English/Hindi.
- Willing to travel.
- Good Interpersonal skills.
