Position Description:

Manage end-to-end primary research projects including online surveys, CATI, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions while coordinating directly with clients and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Client communication and project requirement understanding.
- Project launch with accurate quotas and target audience.
- Vendor management, vendor onboarding, bidding, and database development.
- RFQ and SOW creation.
- CATI call recording validation.
- Track fieldwork progress across multiple live projects.
- Stakeholder management across clients, vendors, scripting, and data processing teams.
- Data analysis and research findings reporting.
- Presentation of findings to management and leadership.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Process optimization initiatives.
- Weekend and extended-hour support as required.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.

Educational Qualifications Preferred

Category: Postgraduate / Graduate Field Specialization: MBA, B.Tech, Statistics, Business Analytics, Research Studies
