T-Hub is looking for a hands-on Associate – Innovation Programs to support the execution of acceleration and startup programs end-to-end. We’re looking for someone with a builder/operator mindset who is curious about startups, comfortable with ambiguity, and takes ownership to get things done.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end program planning, execution, timelines and deliverables.
- Identify, evaluate, onboard and engage relevant startups for programs.
- Work closely with founders to understand their needs, track progress and connect them with mentors, partners and ecosystem opportunities.
- Coordinate with startups, mentors, corporate partners, vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Execute workshops, mentoring sessions, Demo Days and other program interventions.
- Track program milestones, KPIs, dashboards, documentation and reporting.
- Drive follow-ups, resolve execution roadblocks and ensure activities are completed on time.

Who We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience across program/project management, startup operations, consulting, client success, business operations,



incubation, acceleration or similar roles.
- Strong execution, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Interest in and understanding of the startup and innovation ecosystem .
- A builder/operator mindset, hands-on, resourceful and willing to figure things out.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a rapid-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant discipline.

Prior experience in an incubator or accelerator is not mandatory . We’re open to candidates from different backgrounds who demonstrate strong ownership and learning agility.We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with founders, solving problems and turning plans into outcomes .
