Assistant Product Owner SaaS & E-commerce Integrations

Role Purpose

WebBee Global is looking for an Assistant Product Owner to take ownership of a SaaS product covering roadmap planning, competitor analysis, requirements, wireframing, delivery a nd product-growth metrics. The ideal candidate may come from a SaaS Business Analyst, Product Analyst, APM or Implementation/Integration Analyst background and should have strong structured thin king and product aptitude.

Key Responsibilities

Product Roadmap & Ownership

•Understand and progressively own the assigned product roadmap.

•Identify product gaps from customers, competitors, partners and internal teams.

•Prioritize improvements based on customer value, business impact and strategic importance.

•Differentiate individual customer requests from scalable product capabilities. Competitor Analysis

•Regularly analyze competitor features, workflows, pricing, positioning and UX.

•Maintain structured feature-gap analysis.

•Convert competitor observations into roadmap recommendations.

•Monitor developments across relevant e-commerce and integration ecosystems. Product Discovery & Requirements •Convert business problems into clear product requirements.

•Create user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules and edge cases.

•Challenge unclear requests before development starts.

•Break large requirements into development-ready functionality. UI / Wireframing

•Create low-fidelity wireframes and workflows.

•Simplify complex product settings and integration workflows.

•Define validations, messages, error states and expected behaviors. Delivery





•Work closely with Development and QA.

•Clarify requirements during implementation.

•Review delivered functionality against intended behavior.

•Participate in product acceptance before release. Product Growth Monitor and improve metrics such as:

•Activation

•Onboarding completion

•Trial-to-paid conversion

•Feature adoption

•Customer engagement

•Retention

•Error/failure rates Critical Issues

•Participate in critical customer/product issue investigation.

•Understand impact and expected vs actual behavior.

•Identify whether the issue reflects a defect, limitation or product gap.

•Ensure recurring issues feed back into the roadmap. Required Profile

•2- 4 years in SaaS Business Analysis, Product Analysis, APM, Implementation or similar. •Strong structured problem-solving. •Experience writing software requirements.

•Ability to create workflows and wireframes.

•Good stakeholder communication.

•Ability to work independently with Development and QA.

•Basic understanding of integrations and APIs. Deep technical expertise is not mandatory. Preferred Background •SaaS products •E-commerce •Amazon / Shopify / TikTok Shop / NetSuite
