The Team

Our Performance Improvement team provides Business Transformation and Performance Improvement Services to Corporates, Investors, and their portfolio companies, delivering –

- Performance improvement via cost reduction and revenue growth programmes
- Large, complex organizational restructuring and business transformation
- Rapid Results Program, which helps to quickly and effectively assess business process management risks and identify key areas impeding performance

Our GRID product provides Hyperlocal geospatial intelligence solution that supports various industries like Telecom, Retail, Healthcare, Travel & Logistics in making data-backed, intelligent decisions. GRID brings together both functional expertise and scalable tech stack for:
- Site-level intelligence on asset supply coverage and user experience (for both client and competitors)
- Advanced Analytics platform for scenario modelling and optimization algorithms
- Enhanced real-time visualization and collaboration, distributed across the client org (assets, strategy, marketing etc.)
- Working with cross-functional teams using a ‘single source of truth’ that aligns customer “demand” data and asset “supply” data

How you will contribute We are seeking an experienced and innovative Associate with a proven track record in developing new products & managing product-led consulting delivery, leveraging Geospatial Analytics as part of our GRID team. This role involves overseeing the development, analysis, and application of geospatial data to drive strategic decision-making for our corporate and private equity clients. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in geospatial analytics with strong project management skills to deliver impactful solutions across various domains such as CAPEX Optimization, Go-to-market, Cost to serve, Market Attractiveness, White space opportunity, Competitive intensity etc.

Key responsibilities

- Building a high performing global centre of excellence for geospatial analytics within Performance Improvement Practice
- Executing the collection, processing, and analysis of geospatial data using advanced GIS tools and methodologies
- Develop and maintain geospatial databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Contribute to the creation of high-quality maps and visualizations that effectively communicate data insights
- Support senior analysts in conducting spatial analyses and modelling
- Assist in implementing spatial analysis techniques such as distance calculations and spatial overlays
- Assist in managing GIS projects across various disciplines, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills in geospatial technologies
- Position A&M; Global Capability Center as a thought partner within the firm for building new solutions and offerings

Qualifications

- Comes with 1-5 years of relevant hands-on experience working with a global consulting firm, delivering geospatial driven analytics consulting services delivery for corporate and PE clients
- MBA or Master’s from a top-tier institute
- Have strong knowledge on various spatial models and algorithms to solve complex problems
- Proficiency in solutions around Geo Spatial Analytics (custom solutions, scenario modelling, large volume rendering, foot traffic, shape file formats)
- Proficiency in technical skills o Python (Geospatial libraries like geopandas), SQL, Alteryx o Visualization tools (ArcGIS, QGIS, PowerBI, CARTO) o Statistical Analysis methodologies (Gradient Boost, Random Forest)

o Microsoft Office Suite (must have)

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment
