We are looking for a Lead – Accounting to drive accounting operations within our Managed Services business. The ideal candidate should come from an Accounting Services firm / outsourcing environment, with strong experience in managing multiple clients, leading service delivery, and driving finance digital transformation and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end accounting operations for managed services clients across multiple engagements
- Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with applicable accounting standards
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high service quality and satisfaction
- Manage service delivery SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations
- Drive finance digital transformation initiatives across engagements
- Identify and implement automation opportunities (RPA, workflows, AI-led tools) to improve efficiency and accuracy




- Lead automation projects from ideation to implementation and stabilization
- Ensure compliance with statutory, audit, and internal control requirements
- Review financials and provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of accounting professionals
- Support transitions of new clients and stabilize operations post-go-live

Preferred Experience

- CA with 12 – 15 years in an Accounting Services firm.
- Proven track record in finance digital transformation and automation projects
- Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and finance tech solutions
- Robust understanding of accounting standards, reporting, and compliance
- Excellent client management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
