- Lead and oversee end-to-end financial accounting, month-end and year-end closures, and preparation of financial statements.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statements, and management reports.

- Drive financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.

- Own Balance Sheet management, reconciliations, schedules, and financial controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.

- Manage Direct Tax compliances including TDS, Advance Tax, Income Tax filings, assessments, and notices.

- Oversee Indirect Tax compliances including GST filings, reconciliations, audits, and regulatory submissions.

- Ensure adherence to all statutory, regulatory, and corporate compliance requirements with zero material compliance lapses.

- Lead statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and coordinate effectively with auditors, consultants,



and regulatory authorities.

- Strengthen and monitor internal financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk mitigation processes.

- Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and accuracy of accounting operations.

- Oversee Accounts Payable, vendor management, treasury operations, and cash flow management.

- Lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting teams, fostering a high-performance and compliance-driven culture.

- Collaborate with senior leadership, partners, and key stakeholders on financial, operational, and strategic initiatives.

- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of corrective actions.
