- Define business requirements for supplier API integrations in coordination with Product and Technology teams.
- Ensure correct flow of hotel content, room types, rates, availability, cancellation policies and booking information into the AIRIQ platform.
- Monitor supplier integration performance and work with internal and external teams to resolve connectivity or inventory-related issues.

- Build and manage AIRIQ's outward Hotel API distribution capability.
- Enable AIRIQ's directly contracted hotel inventory to be distributed to API Partners.
- Define the business requirements for Search, Availability, Rate, Booking, Amendment and Cancellation flows.
- Work with Technology and Product teams to ensure AIRIQ's outward APIs are scalable, reliable and commercially controlled.
- Manage partner onboarding requirements and ensure appropriate inventory and rates are distributed to each partner.
- Establish controls around rate plans, availability, release periods, stop-sell, booking conditions and other distribution parameters.
- Monitor partner API usage, booking performance and distribution effectiveness.
3. Channel Manager Integrations
- Lead AIRIQ's integration strategy with leading hotel Channel Managers.
- Build connectivity that enables directly contracted hotels to manage their rates and inventory through their existing Channel Manager systems.

Directly Contracted Hotel → Extranet / Channel Manager → AIRIQ
AIRIQ → Website / B2B Platform / Distribution Partner

5. Hotel & Room Mapping
- Own the business requirements and effectiveness of hotel and room mapping across multiple suppliers.
- Ensure duplicate hotel content received through different APIs is correctly identified and consolidated.

- Analyse supplier content overlap, rate competitiveness, booking performance and destination coverage.
- Identify gaps in AIRIQ's hotel inventory and recommend suppliers or connectivity solutions required to address them.
- Work with Revenue & Pricing and Hotel Contracting teams to maximise the value of directly contracted inventory.
