Role Description The Associate COO (Early-Career) – Operations | Founding Team role is an internship position based on-site in Hyderabad. This role supports the founding team in day-to-day operations, including planning and coordinating incubator programs, tracking key operational metrics, and ensuring smooth execution of founder-facing initiatives. The Associate COO will help design and refine internal processes, support budgeting and resource allocation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows.

Responsibilities include preparing operational reports, conducting data-driven analyses,



assisting with partner and stakeholder coordination, and contributing to strategic decision-making for early-stage incubator initiatives. This role is suited for individuals seeking early-career exposure to startup operations and leadership in a high-energy, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Strong business planning and strategic thinking skills to support program design and operational roadmaps.
- Operations management capabilities, including process optimization and coordination of multi-stakeholder activities.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, build insights, and prepare reports that inform operational and strategic decisions.
- Foundational knowledge of finance and budgeting to assist with cost tracking, resource allocation, and basic financial planning.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, management, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style setting.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with comfort engaging founders, partners, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, incubation, or early-stage startups; prior internship or project experience is a plus.
