We are looking for Associate Category Managers to take ownership of assigned categories/projects and drive their commercial and operational performance.

What You’ll Own

• Category Performance: Track and improve listings, style performance, inventory, sales and revenue

• Merchandising: Drive product presentation, imagery quality, visual merchandising and social-media inputs

• Assortment & Sourcing Inputs: Identify winning/slow-moving styles, assortment gaps and sourcing opportunities based on performance and trends

• Marketplace Management: Coordinate with marketplace partners and internal teams across catalog, launches, inventory, campaigns and day-to-day operations

• Business Analysis: Build trackers, analyze category KPIs and translate data into actionable business recommendations

What We’re Looking For





• 1–2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, category management, merchandising, retail or marketplace operations

• Strong Excel and analytical skills

- Ability to understand and act on key business metrics

• Good commercial understanding of fashion, trends and consumer preferences

- Robust ownership, communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment

MFM graduates from NIFT, FDDI graduates and MBAs with e-commerce experience are strongly preferred.
