We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead/Senior Software Engineer with solid expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications while leveraging GenAI frameworks, LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agent-based solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end software delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building scalable AI-powered solutions on cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

SDLC & Engineering

- Drive end-to-end SDLC activities including requirement gathering, effort estimation, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Participate in architecture discussions, HLDs, LLDs, and technical decision-making.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best engineering practices.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis.

Generative AI

- Design and develop GenAI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications.




- Develop AI Agents and Agentic workflows.
- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or Bedrock.
- Implement prompt engineering, model evaluation, and optimization techniques.
- Work with vector databases and semantic search solutions.
- Build scalable AI services and APIs for enterprise applications.

Architecture & Cloud

- Design scalable microservices and distributed systems.
- Develop cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Utilize containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ensure security, performance, scalability, and observability standards.
