Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Associate Vice President Gold Loans to lead regional business operations, drive business growth, manage multiple branches, and build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and drive Gold Loan business across the assigned region.
- Manage regional / multi-branch business operations and achieve business targets.
- Drive disbursement, portfolio growth, customer acquisition, and revenue.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch and regional teams.
- Handle team building, staff hiring, training, and employee development.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the market presence.
- Monitor branch performance, productivity, and portfolio quality.
- Conduct regular branch visits and take corrective actions to improve performance.
- Review MIS and business reports and ensure timely action on performance gaps.
- Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Collections, HR, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational processes.

Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of relevant Gold Loan experience.




- 3+ years of experience in team management / leadership.
- Experience handling multiple branches / regional business.
- Strong exposure to Business Development, Sales, and Staff Hiring.
- Proven track record of achieving business targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned region.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
