Position: Assistant Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

- Support lead teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.
- Assist in preparing teaching materials and learning aids.
- Provide individual attention to students to support their academic and personal growth.
- Help maintain classroom discipline and a nurturing environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff in organizing school events and activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress when required.

Qualifications:

- NTT / Diploma in Early Childhood Education or any equivalent qualification (mandatory).
- 1–2 years of experience working with young learners in a school setting.

- Ability to engage and connect with children in a positive manner.
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for early childhood education.
