We are hiring a Assistant Team Leader to manage our night shift operations at the Mohali office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent English communication skills, and a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relations

- Deliver top-quality service and respond promptly to client requests.
- Communicate regularly with clients for feedback and improvements.
- Manage escalations and maintain a client communication matrix.
- Share important updates from management with the team.

2. Operations & Team Management

- Set daily/monthly targets and ensure team meets goals.
- Monitor team performance and drive improvements.
- Prepare and manage team rosters to reduce absenteeism.
- Share daily updates and submit reports via the portal.
- Maintain quality standards across operations.

3. Reports & MIS

- Review daily reports and provide feedback.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely report submission.

4. Training & Development





- Identify training needs and conduct sessions on process and soft skills.
- Promote knowledge sharing and process improvement through regular calibrations.

5. General Duties

- Complete priority tasks on time.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and professional conduct.
- Maintain English communication during working hours.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations/team handling.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage client interactions and escalations.
- Proficiency in reporting tools and project tracking software.
- Willingness to work adaptable shifts, especially night shifts.
