Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated, qualified, and enthusiastic Middle School Teacher who can teach Science, Mathematics, and/or Social Studies to students of Std. 5 to 8 as per the Maharashtra State Board curriculum.

The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, good classroom management skills, and the ability to make lessons engaging and easy to understand for middle-school students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Science, Mathematics and/or Social Studies to Std. 5–8 students.
- Plan and deliver effective lessons according to the Maharashtra State Board syllabus.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, activities, assessments and teaching resources.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive, respectful classroom environment.
- Assess students' academic progress and provide appropriate feedback and support.
- Identify learning difficulties and provide additional guidance to students when required.
- Conduct classroom activities, experiments, projects and other engaging learning experiences.




- Maintain necessary academic records and complete assigned documentation on time.
- Participate actively in school events, meetings, workshops and other academic activities.
- Communicate professionally with parents, coordinators and school management.
- Follow school policies, procedures and academic guidelines.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Prior teaching experience at the middle-school level will be an advantage.
- Positive knowledge of the Maharashtra State Board curriculum.
- Strong communication and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to handle students patiently and effectively.
- Passion for teaching and willingness to contribute to the overall development of students.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates who can teach more than one of the following subjects — Science, Mathematics and Social Studies — will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and qualifications.
