Assistant Sales Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in the Real Estate industry, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle and motivate a sales team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Generate leads through various channels and ensure proper follow-up.
- Handle incoming leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales conversions.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, CRM, and other departments for smooth sales operations.
- Stay updated on property inventory, pricing,



offers, and market trends.
- Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.
- Candidates with a proven track record in residential/commercial real estate sales will be preferred.
- Experience in handling or supervising a sales team is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to generate business and close sales independently.
- Valuable knowledge of the local real estate market is an added advantage.
