Job Position: Assistant Sales Manager

Overview:

Trendlines Retail PVT. LTD is a retail outlet for all of our sanitary fittings, hygiene and wellness products located in Chennai, Pondicherry and now in Coimbatore. Our brands include TOTO, Hansgrohe, Duravit, and easy drain. Customers can choose the best sanitary wares from countries like japan, Switzerland, Germany. Besides having elegant and luxurious designs almost all fittings are recommended for building green homes and reducing water waste.

Job Responsibility:

- Identify and generate potential leads in the construction industry, including contractors, builders, architects, and developers with coordination with Sales Executives
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of products.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients,



negotiating terms and closing deals.
- Receiving and processing Purchase Order based on quotation
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and generate reports on sales performance.
- Tracking and Collection of old payment from customers and close the order process
- Sale of stocks at appropriate discount price to clear the existing products in warehouse
