North Pune: Moshi | Charoli

Experience: 6+ Years

Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA

Eligibility

6+ years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales

Mandatory experience with a Builder / Real Estate Developer

Strong experience in achieving sales targets

Team handling and leadership experience preferred

Strong customer handling, negotiation and closing skills

Knowledge of Pune's residential real estate market will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and achieve assigned targets
- Lead and motivate the sales team
- Manage leads, site visits, follow-ups and closures
- Build solid customer and channel partner relationships
- Monitor team performance and sales pipeline
- Develop strategies to improve conversions and achieve business goals
