We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager / Floor Supervisor to support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a passion for hospitality, with the ability to lead the floor and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing day-to-day restaurant operations and ensuring smooth service.
- Supervise floor operations, ensuring efficient table management, timely service, and an exceptional guest experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Brief the team before service and ensure all staff are aligned on reservations, menu updates, and operational requirements.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service standards throughout the shift.
- Welcome guests, engage with them, and ensure their needs are attended to promptly.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally, escalating issues to the Restaurant Manager when required.
- Assist with staff scheduling, attendance, and daily task allocation.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
- Assist with daily sales reporting, POS operations, cash handling, and other administrative duties.
- Support inventory management and ensure operational supplies are adequately maintained.




- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Help drive sales through attentive service, menu knowledge, and effective guest engagement.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture that reflects TheySee’s values of innovation, inclusivity, and hospitality.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in maintaining operational efficiency and achieving business goals.

Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a full-service restaurant.
- Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor, Captain, Senior Captain, or Assistant Restaurant Manager is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable knowledge of food and beverage service, guest handling, and floor operations.
- Experience with POS systems, staff coordination, and daily reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and hospitality best practices.
- A hands-on approach with a strong eye for detail and service excellence.
- Passion for food, culture, and creating memorable guest experiences.
