Role & responsibilities

1. Prepare Cost Control Reports
2. Take-off Quantities from GFC Drawings
3. Availing materials' Technical and Commercial information from Vendors
4. Coordinate with QS for extra items, variations orders for input cost control data
5. Preparing Instructions to Contractors, Study of GFC Drawings and Successive Changes
6. Assisting to AM - QS for Maintaining Cost Monitoring Trackers - Final Contract Price, Instruction to Contractors, Joint Measurement Records, Free Issue Materials on weekly basis
7. Preparing Supporting Documents for Contractual Letters

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate should an Engineering Graduate/ Diploma Civil Engineer with minimum 02 years with extensive work experience in Quantity Surveying with a Construction company.
2. Candidate should be well conversant with the all aspects of building construction activity.
3. Candidate should have independently prepared and tracked MIS for at least 2 projects.
4. Candidate must have Solid analytical skills with meticulous attention to details while handling cost control data.
