About The Role

We are looking for a creative and trend-focused Jewelry Designer to join our R&D; and Product Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching market trends, developing creative diamond jewellery designs, and collaborating closely with clients and the Design team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Do Market Research by visiting Market & Shows.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and tailor designs accordingly.
- Innovate and create new jewellery styles aligned with current market trends and consumer preferences.
- Conduct thorough Research & Development on jewellery designs, including intricate mechanisms and construction.
- Provide regular updates on market trends, customer preferences, and industry innovations to internal teams.




- Work closely with the Design (manual ,Corel, CAD, CAM) & Production team to ensure design feasibility, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze market feedback and refine designs to enhance product offerings for existing clients.
- Stay updated on emerging design aesthetics and bring fresh concepts to the table.

Key Requirements:

- Any Design Graduate.
- 2-4 Years of experience in the Jewellery Industry (Diamond Jewellery preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Jewellery Designing, Sample Development & Product Development.
- Good exposure to *Research & Development (R&D;) and Trend Identification.
- Excellent Client Engagement and Collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
