Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with external vendors for UPS, RF Injectors and other 3P/3PP equipment and parts.

- Monitor vendor performance, service activities and delivery timelines.

- Support inventory planning and forecasting for CT/MRI 3P items.

- Maintain optimum inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted service support.

- Coordinate with external service teams and vendors for timely availability of equipment and spares.

- Track vendor deliveries, service schedules and compliance.

- Prepare inventory, forecasting and vendor performance reports.

- Coordinate with Service, Procurement, Supply Chain and internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3-6 years of relevant experience in Vendor Management / 3P/3PP Management.

- Experience in CT/MRI or Medical Imaging equipment industry preferred.

- Valuable understanding of service spare parts and third-party parts procurement.

- Experience in inventory planning, forecasting and vendor coordination.

- Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
