Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Stores In-Charge to independently manage Stores and Warehouse operations in an API/Pharmaceutical manufacturing workplace. The role will be responsible for material receipt, storage, inventory control, issuance, documentation, GMP compliance, and supervision of the Stores team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete Stores & Warehouse operations in an API manufacturing facility.
- Handle Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Intermediates, Finished Goods, and Consumables.
- Manage material receipt, inspection, quarantine, storage, and issuance.
- Maintain accurate inventory and batch-wise/location-wise stock records.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices for material movement.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Production, Purchase, Planning, and Finance for material requirements.
- Maintain GRN, issue records, stock registers, and GMP documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP,



GDP, safety, and material segregation requirements.
- Support GMP, regulatory, and customer audits and ensure timely CAPA closure.
- Supervise Stores/Warehouse personnel, allocate work, and ensure team productivity.

Qualification

- Any Graduate / Post Graduate.

Required Experience

- 6–7 years of relevant experience in API / Pharmaceutical / Chemical manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in GMP-regulated warehouse/stores operations preferred.
