- We are seeking a proactive and resultoriented professional to spearhead inquiries and strengthen market presence for our portfolio of A.C. Motors, Gearboxes, and Power Transmission devices.

- The role is designed to build product and brand awareness across the assigned region while ensuring effective customer engagement, dealer management, and alignment with organizational growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate inquiries and actively promote the companys products, enhancing brand visibility and awareness within the region.

- Directly interface with OEM motor customers, executing aggressive followup strategies to encourage brand switchovers from existing suppliers.

- Identify, select, and appoint suitable dealers and stockists, while implementing dealer/reseller policies to maximize market penetration and sales efficiency.

- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute advertising campaigns, select appropriate media, and represent the company at trade fairs and industrial exhibitions.





- Lead the design, preparation, and distribution of product literature and coordinate mass marketing activities across offline and online platforms.

- Select, appoint, and train representatives and service engineers, ensuring their activities are aligned with organizational objectives.

- Work closely with the Product Engineering Group to support recent product development initiatives based on customer and market feedback.

- Maintain and manage a structured inquiry database to track leads, customer interactions, and conversion metrics.

- Conduct training sessions and contribute to organizational growth through capabilitybuilding activities.

- This position requires strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills, with the ability to drive business growth while fostering longterm customer relationships.
